Each spring Lviv welcomes French art, exciting meetings, exhibitions, and warm feelings as part of the French Spring festival. This year the event will be jam-packed with unique French projects showcasing the best of cinema, music, literature, theatre, and much more. French Spring will kick-off on 20 March at the Lvivarnya Museum with a chic fashion show by French-Swiss designer Isagus Tausch. Leopolitan music lovers and guests of the city are also looking forward to the 30 April performance by French DJ Nelson at !Fest Republic.

Heart to Mouth Tour by LP

Leopolitan music fans and guests of the city will be delighted to hear that American singer Laura Pergorlizzi – better known as LP – will be in Lviv for a concert on 18 April. Known for writing songs for artists like Rihanna, Cher, Christina Aguilera, she rocketed to stardom in her own right thanks to her smash hit ‘Lost on You’ – the fourth-most Shazamed song in the world in 2016.

Spring Business Forum

Lviv’s Spring Business Forum will take place at Park. Art of Rest on 11-12 April at 9:00. Participants will include representatives from local authorities, leading banks, experienced entrepreneurs leading Ukraine’s economic development, and foreign and international investment firms looking to start projects in Ukraine. This year’s theme is ‘Ukraine in 2019: New Possibilities or a New Period of Uncertainty?’ and will tackle issues like ‘Ukrainian economic development through export studies’, ‘A qualitative analysis of factors affecting business in Ukraine’, and ‘establishing cooperation between entrepreneurs, foreign investors, and Ukrainian political authorities’.

AI & Big Data Conference

Arena Lviv will host the AI & Big Data conference – the largest event of its kind in Western Ukraine – on 6 April. The forum will attract 800 data scientists and engineers, developers, startup entrepreneurs, and investors from across Europe and North America to the Western Ukrainian capital.

The one-of-a-kind Sukhishvili Georgian National Ballet returns to Lviv to perform at the city’s wonderful Opera & Ballet Theatre on 23 March.
