The West Ukrainian branch of the European Business Association held their annual Christmas party in early December at Lviv’s prestigious Scientists’ House, with regional EBA members gathering to celebrate the festival season following a vote on a new board of directors for 2010 at their Annual General Membership Meeting. The new regional EBA board for West Ukraine for 2010 will include: Markiyan Malskyy ( Arzinger), Karl Schlagenhaufen (Volksbank), Taras Yurynts (Guldmann Ukraine), Oleksandr Babiy (Institution Development Fund) and Yevheniya Onyshko (Gram Equipment). Once the serious business of electing a new board for the challenges ahead was complete, guests enjoyed a range of festive fun and games which included exotic cocktail contests and a spot of salsa dancing, leading many to comment that Lviv remains the most cosmopolitan city in the former USSR!
