Tagliatelle in creamy white mushroom sauce
for 2 persons
Ingredients:
200g Tagliatelle Pasta
150g Fresh white mushrooms
80g Onions
150g Cream
80g Parmesan Cheese
Some Parsley
Preparation:
Boil the Tagliatelle Pasta in salted water with a little olive oil for approximately 6 or 7 minutes. Then cool down with cold water. Roast the sliced onions in a pan with some oil, then add the sliced mushrooms. After roasting everything together for 2 minutes, add the cream, some salt and pepper and the chopped parsley. Let it boil for 1 Minute then add the cooked tagliatelle pasta. Reheat the tagliatelle pasta in the sauce, arrange it nicely on a plate and top with freshly
grated parmesan cheese.
